Jake had his 6 year old checkup on Monday (2/2). He got a clean bill of health! He weighed 60 lbs & was 48 1/2 inches tall. (He has gained 7 lbs since his 5 year old appointment and grown 3 inches.)
Here are his 25 questions & how he answered them at age 6. (And these are his answers, with no help from me. Please excuse if some of them are odd):

14) Favorite sport: football
