Christmas Day

Once we got home from Christmas Eve with the Bushes, the kids headed off to bed. We were late getting home from their house, so we completely forgot to leave out cookies or anything for Santa. Thankfully, the kids didn't seem to care.

In our house, Santa brings the things in the stockings and then 3 gifts each for the kids. He brought Hollon a bike, a costume wardrobe and a set of princesses.

Santa had a little help from an elf named dad, who built the wardrobe in the garage

Jake Santa gifts were a nerf gun, remote controlled car and a Nintendo Switch

Ready to go see what Santa had brought!

All the princesses loaded up ready to go for a ride

Jake bought me a diamond ring from Santa shop ;)

I've cursed at Santa for bringing a princess set that includes 47 tiny extra pieces. The princess set that Hollon really wanted (that she watches YouTube videos of) is discontinued. So I could only find them on ebay for $500+. This is the "new" version of them currently sold in stores. I don't mind the little skirts but their tops don't stay on and the 10 extra tiny "snap on" pieces that come with each princess is crap. So the tiny snap on pieces have been removed and secretly placed in a bag that I hope Hollon never finds.

Outside playing with their new toys

It was a great Christmas morning!
