Every year I say I'm going to have someone take the kid's picture for our Christmas card. And every year I wait too late and just end up taking it myself. This was actually one of our more successful years. We ended up with a winning shot, in just 1 day's worth of pictures (usually it takes us trying 3 different days to get a decent one). Here are some of the ones we didn't use or were funny outtakes.
