Weeks in Review - Baseball, Jumphouse & Field Trip to Old Baker's Farm

Hollon was brushing Jake's hair as he played with his legos

Playing on the bleachers at brother's game

Tuesday before school

I had a conference with Jake's teacher just to discuss his progress throughout the year. I stuck around afterwards so I could go to lunch with Jake.

Sister riding her 4-wheeler waiting on brother to get home from school

Up at the ball fields once again

She was cleaning the bleachers with a baby wipe
We do ANYTHING to keep her occupied during the games

No, we are not over protective crazy parents that make our child wear a helmet and chest pad at all times.
(Obviously, since half the time he is not even wearing a helmet while bike riding!)
Whoever plays pitcher has to wear a helmet & chest pad at this age.

Ready for school on Wednesday

Thursday fun

She was "smelling" the bushes

On Friday, Jake's class had a field trip to Old Baker's Farm

Please note Jake's face

This is Jake's 4th field trip to Old Baker's Farm (it would have been his 5th, but he was sick when his 5K class went)

Since I was chaperoning, Granddad dropped off & picked up sister from school

Please note that she likes to wear her pearl bracelet on the top of her arm

Saturday, Hollon woke up on the wrong side of the bed crib. So Robbie took her for a walk outside to try to improve her mood. It worked!

....until she had to come inside

That afternoon, we pulled out the jump house. I have to give this jump house credit. We got it a few years ago. I never thought it would make it this long. It's got a few little holes in it, but it has kept on working. Hollon loves it.

Note: No toddlers were hurt by falling backwards out of jump house, while adult in charge was busy videoing.

Our next door neighbors came over to jump too

Trying to blow bubbles

Her favorite seat outside

Evening walk before bedtime

Ready to start a new week

Hollon loves to hide behind curtains

"Where's Hollon??"
There she is!!

On one side of her dresser are blankets & toys that she plays with. On the other side are some old blankets, toys & books that are just for display. It annoys Hollon that I won't open that side.

Mad at mama
On Friday, Jake had his field day at school

Ready for baseball on Saturday

Dad/Coach & Son

Brother's loudest cheerleader.
Not really.
She could less about the game. She just wants to run around and play on the bleachers.

Hanging out on the patio after the game

We ended the evening hanging out at our next door neighbor's house, watching the derby. They have 2 little girls, Collins is 3 and Merrin is Hollon's age. Collins had her Barbie dolls and was playing with them in water. Hollon was fascinated. She loved playing with all of Collins big girl toys. She also loved this little umbrella. She kept prancing around with it!
