Week in Review - Weekend at Sister's

On April 26th, Hollon turned 8 months old.

Because Hollon isn't the greatest sleeper, we try not to let her sleep in our arms. But she is just so darn snugly, it is hard sometimes.

With the win this night, our baseball team locked up the #1 spot. We've had so much fun this year! This was the boys taking a photo that was given to the coach at the last game.

Jake also got the game ball! He had a great night at 3rd base. He made several big stops and helped keep the other team from scoring any points that inning.

He also lost his 4th tooth!

One game, the moms coached.

A little boy that was on Jake's baseball team last year, football team, and again on his baseball team this year, has a little sister a few months younger than Hollon. Julie & I were both pregnant last baseball season, had infants during football season and now have little girls this baseball season. We laugh about what next baseball season will be like.

I told Hollon "no" about something and I first she just looked at me, and then she started crying.

One of her favorite things to do.... look out the back patio door.

On Saturday, we headed to Atlanta to spend the day with my sister & her family.

Cousins!
My mom had been up in Atlanta helping my sister a few days, so she stayed until we got there, so we could visit with her a little bit.

Discussing all of the fun things they can do at Nana & Gran's,
just as soon as they can ditch the parents
(And as soon as they both start sleeping through the night,
so they can both stay at Nana & Gran's at the same time!)
Then Woody got up from his nap.

Pretty typical with 3 under the age of 3
Of course I tried to get a group picture. And of course out of 100, this was the best we got.

Brooks was on his way back in town, but the kids were hungry, so we went for an early dinner. We fit everyone in our car. This is 3 full size carseats plus a booster seat all in our car.

Jake had fallen asleep on the sofa and the kids were all asleep in cribs. Brooks, Lindsey, Robbie & I were all up just hanging out. Hollon got up and just wanted to be snuggled, so I made a nest and laid her by Jake.

Our 2nd attempt of a group picture on Sunday was about as successful as the 1st attempt. I've resorted that the best picture we'll ever get of the group is if they are all sleeping.
