Weekend Recap

What we did this weekend....

Did a little bike riding in our batman cape

Almost wrecked because he was too busy looking at his cape

Played with the water gun

Worked on our addition

And counting ice cubes

What is it? It's the top of the base of what will be our new china cabinet. I've been looking for over a year for a china cabinet to redo for our dining room. I haven't been able to find exactly what I was looking for and then I saw a picture of one that a couple had built. It was exactly what I wanted. At first Robbie thought it would be too hard & too expensive. But once he started looking at it, he thought it could be done. So we started this weekend & got the top of the base built. The problem? Our next 6 weekends are booked solid. Then we roll into football season. So, it will probably be finished sometime next year.

 We spent lots of time outside, at the pool and just hanging around.

 This week is crazy busy at work for both Robbie & I, but we are excited about it being a short week. Yeah for the 4th of July!
